Please ensure that you receive the correct change before leaving the store. We ask that you check to ensure that you have been billed for the correct items. Claims of incorrect change and or billing will only be honoured once the customer has not left the store. We retain the right to refuse any sale without explanation. Please note that prices may be adjusted at the register if the product was incorrectly tagged or identified.
We do not issue monetary refunds but will happily exchange your items within 7 days with a valid receipt or issue a store credit for the original amount.
To return purchases, make sure items are in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of your purchase with a valid receipt. Repack the unused or unworn items ensuring that the tags are still attached. Sorry there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. In the case of an exchange for an item of lesser value you will be given a store credit for the balance. No exchange on personal care items.
It is the Company’s policy that registries will not be set up in excess of two weeks prior to the date of the shower. If you would like to exchange an item purchased from your registry as a gift it must be done within seven days of the date of your registry and the item must be on your registry list. Repack the unused or unworn items ensuring that the tags are still attached. There are no cash refunds; exchange or store credit only. Any promotions associated with your registry will be applied within the two weeks that the registry is displayed. Please see our registry policy or speak with an associate today.
It is not our policy to assemble items for our customers however; if you purchase an item which is already assembled then it is your responsibility to assess that item before using it. The store will not accept liability for items which are poorly assembled resulting in damage or injury. Instruction booklets are provided for each item and should be used in your assessment.
All electrical items purchased must be tested prior to leaving the store and be noted to be in working condition. We will not be held liable for items found to be defective after the customer has left the store.
To confirm a special order 50% of the value must be deposited. If for any reason the customer changes their mind then Babybop reserves the right to retain 30% of the deposit. The balance in payment is due upon receipt of the item. Please note that prices are not confirmed until the items clear Jamaican Customs. Please note that the Expectant Mothers discount is not applicable to special orders.
We do not offer layaway however; we will hold items for our customers which are valued at J$5,000 + tax or more. To place an item on hold a deposit of 50% is required. We then hold the item for 2 weeks. If the item is not collected within the two week period we retain the right to sell that item and retain 20% of the deposit.
