Order status, Shipping and Delivery

Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM will arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express shipping to rural routes and remote locations [outside of Kingston & St. Catherine] typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

You'll receive two emails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address:
1. The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within 24 hours.
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the "Orders and returns" link provided in the email, or on the top right corner of our website.


Order Tracking

You can check the status of your orders by clicking on "Orders and returns" at the bottom of any page. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, you will go to your Order History page, where you'll see orders from the past six months. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.
On the Order Details page, you'll see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any return or exchange information. On the Shipment Summary, you'll also see the current status and details for each package.
Changes, Returns and Exchanges and cancellations
To return purchases, make sure items are in their original condition, and send them back within 14 days of your purchase. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. If you used a promotion code to make your purchase, we'll gladly exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for something else, we'll apply your credit towards the new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item. There are no refunds.


Making a Return or Exchange

It's easy to send us your return or exchange.
-Repack the merchandise in the original packaging with tags still attached.
-For returns, fill out the return information on the front of your invoice. For exchanges, fill out the front portion as well, as the exchange information at the back.
-Be sure to select a reason on the invoice for each item you want to return.
-Include the bottom portion of your invoice in the shipment and keep the top portion for your records.
-Shipping is on us, once you have completed your return/exchange form please click on the “contact us” link to notify us that you would like to return/exchange an item. You will receive an email confirming that we will pick up the item and the time frame within which this will take place.


Changes or cancellations

To make a change to an order or to cancel an order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at (876) 878-BABY (2229) with your order number. If customer service is not contacted within 24 hours to cancel an order; the cost of the item will be refunded less the shipping cost. If there is a change to be made to the order and customer service is not contacted within 24 hours the order will be shipped as originally placed and will attract a shipping and restocking fee.
